B2BPM is a managing agent for residential blocks, private estates and mixed-use developments, working for residents' management companies, right to manage companies, freeholders and developers. The company opened an office on the Fairview Estate at Beech Road in 2026, and also operates from a base in Aylesbury. Services run from service charge management to grounds and garden maintenance, internal and external repairs and communal cleaning, with consultancy on major works, cladding remediation and right to manage acquisitions. Founder Chris Peters states more than 15 years in property management, major works consultancy and financial governance. B2BPM is a member of The Property Institute and the Property Redress scheme.
