🏥 A powerful talk on the healthcare crisis in Gaza
🤠 A good old-fashioned barn dance at Mad Squirrel
Plus: summer holiday ideas for every age, live music all over town, big nights out, and a few brilliant picks just beyond the Wycombe borders.

Whether you're creating canvas masterpieces or crafting keepsakes, these sessions are a chance to slow down, get messy, and make something beautiful together. Perfect for a parent and child (or grandparent, godparent, aunt, uncle!) to enjoy a little one-on-one time and unleash your inner artists.
The winner gets to choose any upcoming Easely Does It workshop during the summer holidays (subject to availability).

🎙️ I was on the Radio 🤯
Earlier this week, the lovely Colin Besley at Wycombe Sound invited me onto his morning show to chat all about Wycombe Pulse. It aired yesterday — and if you’d like to hear me attempting to sound like a composed, media-trained grown-up, you can have a listen here (https://listenagain.wycombesound.org.uk/index.php/shows/mid-morning/ - I start waffling at 1:30:20 on the Wednesday 30th July feed).
Will I be listening back? Absolutely not. I have a deep-rooted aversion to hearing my own voice, which I can only describe as somewhere between startled meerkat and apologetic PE teacher. So please, no feedback unless it’s: “Wow, iconic voice. Give this woman a podcast.”
Bonus Blooper: my mum happily informs me that I’m introduced before the segment as “Steven”. I can’t tell you how many crying-laughing emojis she used. Going to aim for a higher pitch in future…
