Good morning, Wycombe!
It’s the Wycombe Pulse, back after a short festive hiatus. I’ve genuinely missed being in your inbox so I’m returning with renewed vigour, a very full notebook, and a New Year’s resolution to reply to emails faster… please feel free to hold me to that one 🫣
Wycombe’s still getting back into the swing of things after the December whirlwhind — it’s a little quiet this week but there’s plenty bubbling away in the calendar already.
This week’s highlights include:
🏛️ Free access to the Waddesdon grounds
🤤 £10 roast dinners
🐉 A brand new community festival coming to town…
Plus speed dating, creative workshops, auditions, winter walks through the Chilterns, brilliant kids’ deals and plenty more to ease you back into the rhythm of 2026.
January is the perfect time to try something new — and this is one resolution you’ll actually enjoy keeping.
Swap the sofa for the dancefloor and join Come Dancing With Me for fun, friendly Beginner Ballroom & Latin classes that get you moving, laughing and feeling great — no experience (or partner!) needed.
🌟 Learn all the classics: waltz, foxtrot, cha cha cha, rumba & jive — in a relaxed, welcoming group that’s ideal for total beginners.
