Wellness Events in High Wycombe

Parent & Child Soundbath

The Details:

A soothing sound bath experience for parents and their kids aged between 5 and 12 — a great way to bond and relax together.

There’ll be a short bedtime story before the sound bath to help everyone settle. Dim candlelight and sensory star lights will help create a serenely relaxing environment. Don’t worry if your child needs some time out — there’s a side room you can use at any time.

Mums Mindful Walk

The Details:

A free, mindful walk to the Coombe Hill View Point where you can take a moment for reflection and grounding in nature. The walk is pram-friendly (although likely to be muddy) and children are welcome, as well as well-behaved dogs.

The Details:

  • Location: Penn Meadow Farm
  • Date and Time: Saturday 22nd February from 10.30am-1.30pm
  • Organiser: Feedback Global and others
  • Price: Free
  • Facebook Post

This is a chance for men and their children (up to 2 kids each) to get out into the wild and explore their connection to nature. Expect fireside conversations and bushcrafts activities.

You’ll need to email rebecca@feedbackglobal.org to book your space.

Women’s Wellness Evening

The Details:

A whole evening designed to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. There’ll be aromatherapy, rose quartz crystals, sound spa healing, journalling, herbal tea and wholesome snacks.

Introduction to Seed Sowing Workshop

The Details:

Whether you’re a beginner or a more seasoned planter, this workshop will help you discover the joy of gardening and help you master your planting skills.

You’ll sow lettuce seeds which you can take home, and there’ll be guidance on pots, compost, propagation, aftercare and different types of seeds too.

Women’s Circle

The Details:

A relaxed, safe and cosy space to make connections with each other and ourselves. There’s no fixed schedule but some of the things that might be explored include guided meditation, reiki, silence, drumming and cacao. And nibbles!

Men Only Bushcraft

The Details:

  • Location: Penn Meadow Farm
  • Date and Time: Saturday 8th March from 10.30am-1.30pm
  • Organiser: Feedback Global and others
  • Price: Free
  • Facebook Post

From the same organisers of the Man & Child Bushcraft event above, this one is just for the adults! A great chance to connect with other guys and get closer to nature.

Daddy & Me Baby Massage

The Details:

A baby massage class especially for dads and their little ones. During the hour, you’ll learn soothing massage strokes to help their sleep, digestion and development. It’s also a great way to meet other local dads at the same stage of parenthood.

Suitable for newborn babies up to crawling.

Spring Equinox Sound Bath

The Details:

Celebrate the transition to Spring with a sound barth featuring crystal bowls, chimes and drums.

Reiki and massage sessions are also available to be booked as add-ons.

And that’s a wrap on our Wycombe wellness roundup! Whether you’re set to dive into a soothing sound bath, test your bushcraft skills, or simply enjoy a mindful walk in nature, there’s a little slice of calm for everyone.
